- Dr.Radhakrishnan NagarDr. Radhakrishnan Nagar (AC 11), better known as RK Nagar, is one of old Madras's defining seats — a stretch of north-Chennai's harbour fringe that takes in Royapuram, Tondiarpet, Kaladipet and parts of the port and railway colonies.
- PeramburPerambur is a densely-built assembly constituency in north Chennai, covering the railway colony belt around Perambur Loco Works, Pulianthope, Otteri, and parts of Kolathur.
- KolathurKolathur is a north Chennai assembly seat created by the 2008 delimitation — its very first contest was in 2011, and Stalin won all three editions (2011, 2016, 2021).
- VillivakkamVillivakkam (AC 14) is a densely-built Chennai-north constituency wedged between Anna Nagar to the south and Ambattur to the west, threaded by the Korattur and Villivakkam tanks and the Chennai-Arakkonam suburban rail line.
- Thiru-Vi-Ka-NagarThiru-Vi-Ka-Nagar — AC 15, reserved for Scheduled Caste candidates — is a Chennai-north constituency carved out by the 2008 delimitation and named after Tamil scholar and Gandhian freedom-fighter Thiru.
- EgmoreEgmore is a reserved (SC) seat in the heart of Chennai, centred on the Egmore railway terminus that funnels southern Tamil Nadu into the city.

- Anna NagarAnna Nagar is one of Chennai's largest planned middle-class suburbs, laid out in the early 1960s and named after C. N. Annadurai.
- VirugampakkamVirugampakkam (AC 22) is a Chennai-west constituency created by the 2008 delimitation, covering Vadapalani, K. K. Nagar fringe, Saligramam, Virugambakkam proper and stretches of the Mount-Poonamallee Road.
- SaidapetSaidapet (AC 23) sits at the geographic centre of Chennai, straddling the Adyar river and taking in T. Nagar's wholesale-and-retail belt, Saidapet town with its 18th-century Wallajah-era origins, the Little Mount and Mambalam railway-colony quarters, and parts of Nandanam.
- ThiyagarayanagarThiyagarayanagar — universally called T. Nagar — is Chennai's textile and gold retail core, named after the Justice Party leader Sir Pitti Theagaraya Chetty.
- MylaporeMylapore (AC 25) is the cultural and religious heart of old Madras, predating the city itself by centuries.
