- RasipuramRasipuram sits on the dry plateau between the Kollimalai foothills and the Cauvery delta, anchoring the western half of Namakkal district.
- SenthamangalamSenthamangalam (AC 93) is a Namakkal-district seat that sits at the foot of the Kolli Hills, on the route from Namakkal town up the 70-hairpin ghat road.
- NamakkalNamakkal town is best known for two things: the giant Anjaneyar statue that stares at the rock fort, and the lorry-body fabrication yards that ring the bypass.
- Paramathi-VelurParamathi-Velur (AC 95) is a Namakkal-district seat strung along the north bank of the Cauvery, where the Velur bridge crosses into Karur district.
- TiruchengoduTiruchengodu (AC 96) sits in southern Namakkal district, named for the Tiruchengode hill that holds the Arulmigu Ardhanareeswarar Temple.
- KumarapalayamKumarapalayam straddles the Bhavani river where it meets the Cauvery, sitting on the road between Salem and Erode.
