- KanniyakumariKanniyakumari is the southernmost assembly constituency in mainland India, covering Kanniyakumari town, the Agastheeswaram coastal belt, and the fishing hamlets from Kovalam Cape down to Cape Comorin where the Bay of Bengal, Arabian Sea and Indian Ocean meet.
- NagercoilNagercoil is the headquarters of Kanyakumari district and the southernmost city of mainland India, named after the Nagaraja temple at its centre.
- ColachalColachel is a fishing harbour on the Kanniyakumari coast and the site of the Battle of Colachel in 1741, when the Travancore navy under Marthanda Varma defeated the Dutch East India Company.
- PadmanabhapuramPadmanabhapuram sits on the old Travancore-Tamil Nadu frontier in western Kanyakumari district, named after the 17th-century wooden palace that served as the seat of the Travancore kings before they shifted to Thiruvananthapuram.
- VilavancodeVilavancode is the westernmost assembly seat in Tamil Nadu, hugging the Kerala border at Kaliyakkavilai where the highway crosses into Thiruvananthapuram district.
