  • RajapalayamRajapalayam (AC 202) is the cotton-and-spinning-mill heart of Virudhunagar district, with rows of textile units, the famous Rajapalayam Rakshak hound breed and the Western Ghats foothills rising at the western edge.
  • SrivilliputhurSrivilliputhur (AC 203) is best known for the Srivilliputhur Andal temple — its 192-foot rajagopuram is the model for the Tamil Nadu state government's emblem — and for the GI-tagged Srivilliputhur palkova.
  • SatturSattur (AC 204) sits at the busy junction of NH-44 and the Madurai-Tirunelveli rail line, an old market town built on cotton ginning, fireworks supply units to neighbouring Sivakasi and the Sattur cardamom-spice mix.
  • SivakasiSivakasi (AC 205) is the country's fireworks and matchbox capital — over 90 per cent of India's safety matches and a similar share of its crackers come from the small and mid-sized units in and around this constituency.
  • VirudhunagarVirudhunagar (AC 206) is the headquarters of the district that carries its name, and a hub for matchbox manufacturing, oil seeds and the Nadar mercantile community whose chamber of commerce here is one of the oldest in the south.
  • AruppukkottaiAruppukkottai is a textile and trading town in Virudhunagar district, on the road between Madurai and Tuticorin.
  • TiruchuliTiruchuli is a small temple town in Virudhunagar district, best known as the birthplace of the saint Ramana Maharshi.
