- ManapparaiManapparai (AC 138) is a highway-town seat on the Trichy–Madurai NH-38, in western Tiruchirappalli district at the edge of Pudukkottai's dry zone.
- SrirangamSrirangam is the temple-island constituency on the Cauvery-Kollidam delta in Tiruchirappalli district, centred on the Sri Ranganathaswamy temple, the largest functioning Hindu temple complex in the world and the foremost of the 108 Divya Desams.
- Tiruchirappalli (West)Tiruchirappalli (West) (AC 140) covers the old city of Trichy on the Cauvery's south bank, including the Rockfort temple complex, the Teppakulam tank, Trichy Cantonment, St Joseph's College and Holy Redeemer's Cathedral.
- Tiruchirappalli (East)Tiruchirappalli (East) is an assembly constituency on the eastern flank of Trichy city, covering parts of Cantonment, Khaja Nagar, and the run-up to the Cauvery–Kollidam island that holds Srirangam.
