Party & ideology

Ayyanar's role as a TVK party administrator places him in the cohort of organisational hands rather than externally recruited celebrities — TVK's social-justice manifesto and its outreach in SC-reserved seats sat at the centre of his Nilakkottai campaign. The 2,925-vote margin makes Nilakkottai one of the closer Dindigul-district contests in 2026.
